In a move that strengthens legislative oversight while promoting local enterprise, the Abia State Government has provided operational vehicles to lawmakers, with the trucks sourced from an indigenous manufacturer in the state.
Speaking at a workshop in Ohiya, Governor Alex Otti reiterated his administration’s commitment to inclusive governance, emphasizing that political affiliations would not hinder collaboration for Abia’s progress.
“Our approach remains the same. We are not pressuring anyone, but our doors remain open. If you choose to remain where you are politically, we will still work together amicably for the good of Abia,” he said.
