The 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) National Impact Summit will bring together innovators, young professionals and ecosystem partners to examine how Nigeria’s growing pool of technical talent is driving opportunities for small businesses and startups.
The summit, expected to feature President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as special guest of honour, will spotlight young Nigerians who have acquired digital skills through the programme and are now building solutions, launching ventures and supporting SMEs with technology-driven services.

According to organisers, the next phase of the 3MTT initiative will focus on strengthening collaboration with industry, government and academia to expand the talent pipeline that small businesses increasingly rely on for digital operations, product development and growth.
They added that positioning Nigeria as a net exporter of skilled tech talent would not only boost employment but also enhance the competitiveness of local SMEs in a technology-driven economy.
