The Ministry of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy’s 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) program, participants are poised to benefit from the distribution of 1,144 devices.
Dr. Bosun Tijani, the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, disclosed this latest enhancement yesterday. Under the initiative, a collaboration between the government’s 3MTT program and HerTechHub, 370 laptops and 774 tablets will be provided to female participants.

This partnership aligns with activities commemorating the upcoming 2024 International Women’s Day (IWD) and is facilitated by HerTechHub, an initiative spearheaded by the Office of the Special Assistant to the President on Women Affairs, Fatima Abubakar-Faruk.
Taking to his official platform, Tijani underscored the inclusive nature of the endeavor, extending invitations to the over 540,000 women within the 3MTT learning community. These individuals are encouraged to engage in two challenges organized by HerTechHub, offering them opportunities to secure a device.
Highlighting his commitment to fostering female representation in the technology sector, Tijani emphasized the significance of this collaboration as the world prepares to celebrate International Women’s Day 2024.
